Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times depend on the destination country and logistics provider.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Other international locations: 8–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.


Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, Rivon works with trusted global fulfillment partners and logistics providers.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped through third-party fulfillment centers and international shipping partners.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update depending on the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • weather conditions

  • holiday shipping volumes

  • logistics disruptions

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you in locating your package.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • A photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
